Comfortable Accommodations: Individual enclosures outfitted with fresh, cozy bedding. Animal Care Center of Tupelo provides all beds, blankets, and bowls, and bedding is changed and laundered daily.

Frequent Activity: Three outdoor potty breaks or stretch sessions each day to keep your pet moving, relaxed, and comfortable.

Expert Medical Care: Professional medication administration is available upon request, safely administered by our trained staff.

Spa Savings: A discounted bath is exclusively offered for our boarding guests so they go home smelling fresh and clean!

Health & Vaccination Requirements
To ensure a safe, healthy, and parasite-free environment for all of our guests, we require all boarding pets to be up-to-date on their vaccinations and preventative care. Proof of vaccination is required prior to check-in.

Please note that if you are adding Doggy Daycare at Unleashed to your dog’s boarding stay, there are a few additional requirements for group play: Bordetella is required every 6 months, pets must be spayed/neutered by 8 months of age, have a negative heartworm and fecal test every 6 months, and be on year-round flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
What to Bring (and What to Leave at Home)
To help us care for your pet as smoothly as possible, please follow these packing guidelines:

Leave Personal Items at Home: Animal Care Center of Tupelo provides all necessary beds, blankets, and bowls to ensure a clean and safe environment. Therefore, we do not allow any personal items to be left with pets during their stay.

Pre-Portion Meals: If you are bringing your pet’s own food to prevent an upset tummy, please pre-portion their meals into individual bags.
Boarding Hours & Check-Out Policies
Our facility hours for boarding drop-offs and standard pick-ups are:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Sunday: Special Boarding Pick-Up at 5:30 PM only
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please note that late check-outs past 11:00 AM will incur an additional daycare fee.
